Board the bus bound for [Cape Noshappu/Fujimi or Sakanoshita (via Noshappu)] on the [Wakkanai Shinaisen] line to get to Cape Noshappu.

Board the bus bound for [Noshappu/Fujimi or Sakanoshita (via Noshappu)] from [Platform 2] of the Wakkanai Station Bus Terminal.

Arrive at [Noshappu] bus stop
Get off at [Noshappu] bus stop (Noshappu is not the end of the line for buses to Fujimi, and Sakanoshita).

After you get off the bus, cross the street at the crosswalk, and head toward the lighthouse.

You will see the Noshappu Aquarium on the right. Continue to the end of the road and take a left.

As soon as you turn left, you will see the “dolphin,” the symbol of Cape Noshappu, and you will have arrived at Cape Noshappu.

On a clear day, the islands of Rishiri and Rebun can be seen.
